Service Scope
• We provide managed website and email hosting, including setup, security, and ongoing support.
• The plans are for one website per account, with a dedicated IP and included email services.
Uptime & Support
• We strive for 99.9% uptime and respond to most support requests within one business day.
• Critical issues are handled as quickly as possible.
Billing
• Hosting is billed monthly or annually based on your plan.
• If payment isn’t received, your account may be paused or canceled after notice.
What’s Not Allowed
• Hosting illegal, abusive, or spam-related content
• Reselling your account or server space
• Actions that put server security or performance at risk
Cancellation
• You may cancel your service at any time. We ask for 30 days’ notice, and customers are responsible for exporting their website and email data before cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for unused time, unless required by law.
Changes
• We may update these terms as needed, and we’ll let you know if anything major changes.
